Participants are required to bring the following items each day: lunch, snack, water bottle (1 litre minimum), Canadian Dept. of Transport-approved PFD (with whistle attached), hat, sunglasses with tie band, sun screen, towel, swimsuit, extra clothing, rain gear if needed and closed toe footwear for sailing. Water shoes or sneakers are best. Note: these shoes will get wet. (No Crocs, Tevas, or flip-flops for sailing) A second pair of shoes for non-sailing activities is strongly recommended. |
ADULT LEARN TO SAIL This course is for ages 18 and up. It will run as a single one on one/or two introductory session. Each session is approximately two hours long. You will get constant feedback and suggestions as well as a debrief at days end. Note: sessions are weather dependent. Winds must be between 4 knots and 10 knots during the session. Group Adult Learn to Sail sessions can be arranged for weekends from July 10th to August 15 |
