Hello Members!
We want to invite you to our second annual Paddle Fest and BBQ social. The event will take place on Saturday August 7th! This is an all ages family fun event for all types of paddlers! This will be a scavenger hunt style paddle battle, take it easy and enjoy a slow paddle around the lake or be the first one back to shore with a complete scorecard and win The Paddle! *participants must use their phones to take images for the scavenger hunt, please bring a plastic bag to keep your phone from getting wet.
There will be a BBQ social to follow the race. Members are encouraged to bring any other food they might want besides the hotdogs and hamburgers provided by GCBC. We look forward to celebrating a return to the club and hope to see you there.
Please be aware that physical distancing will be in effect during the event. We ask that you understand that following physical distancing with members outside of your bubble is your responsibility. Our goal is to provide you with the best experience possible and we all have a part to play in keeping it fun and safe for all.
Please register for the event so that we have an idea of the number of people participating in the event and respond to this email to let us know if you will be canoeing or kayaking.
